Brief

Deliver and audit Zef brand framework. Brainstorm brand positioning in the global marketplace. Discuss and implement framework for KPI’s and team development. Assess Zef internal team capabilities for management considerations.

Approach

Brainstorm in a workshop environment with the aim to openly discuss and audit existing marketing framework and brand. On board wider Zef digital marketing and communications teams for an integrated approach in order for a more effective brand management online.

Outcome

Auditing and the evaluation of existing Zef brand framework. Suggestions for digital advertising and further team building. Auditing of existing digital marketing and advertising budgets with a 5 year view to the future. A happy client with a confidence to pursue their long term marketing strategy in 2018.
